The villa is maintained by a Frenchman who is always available if you need or help.

140 m from the house is an unheated communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 in summer and from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter. Please note that due to repair work, the pool may be closed for a short time.

Guests can use all rooms in the house, except for the locked balcony. For the community pool, you need a plastic key card. You will find the pool menu on arrival on the living room table.

In the house you will find a manual with information for customers: all emergency telephone numbers. A German doctor is a 20 minute walk down the hill. He speaks English, Spanish and German.
